Chinese New Year'08 was a BLAST!

Day One:

Out to the temple @ Bugis. Slept throughout the whole afternoon.

Cousins (father's side) came over and we had our yummilicious dinner!

My bf also came over to bai nian.

We all headed to my paternal grandaunt's place after dinner.

(with Edmund along too! keke)

Took some pictures of my cousins gambling.

We even took an all-cousin picture! *which i will upload on my next post

It is very rare that all my cousins and myself would pose for an all cousins picture. I think it was just one of the first few times we did it. =)

Day Two:

Got up at 12+pm. Got ready and headed out to my dad's first younger sister's place.

Brought my little gilbert along, as my aunt has a cockatoo. They can make friends !

Unfortunately, Gilbert was a little unwilling. Perhaps he sees himself as a human being too.

The way Gilbert and Birdie (Aunt's parrot) stood beside each other was HILARIOUS.

After lunch, we headed to my Maternal grandmother's house at Tampines.

I pretty much just lazed myself around the house till it was dinner time.

Gilbert was rather sleepy too. Guess he had placed too much energy trying to avoid Birdie's advances. LOL

Had my dinner and watched Shaolin Soccer with my family and relatives while gilbert dozed off on his temporary perch......

Day Three:

My Bf came over at around 2pm and drove me over to his place. Bai Nian @ his place + outing day!

At about 5pm, we reached Marina Square. Parking there was quite a challenging task as Bf drove his company's lorry. *shiverrrss*

We went to the GV box office and bought tickets for 8pm's Kungfu Dunk.

I must say that show is a little weeny bit stupid. Or very stupid. But nonetheless entertaining. =)

Too bad we didn't go to the fair @ Marina dear. Due to my bad temper, leading to my selfish decision.

We go next time K?

Day Four:

Woke up at about 3.30 because I got home at 5am the night *or morning before.

By 6pm, my family and I finally left for my Father's youngest sister's place @ Simei.

Upon reaching there, sister and I got onto one bed each @ Lincoln's room to NUA + read.

At around 8pm, the 3 families decided to LAO YU SHENG!

MY GWAD. Believe or not. It was my first time doing it! Mountain tortoise right.

Lao-ah-Lao, and we had our dinner.

Basically, the dinner we have @ my Small Aunt's place is usually steamboat.

This year, it was something very different!

Auntie & Uncle ordered food from JUMBO Seafood Restaurant and Pizza Hut.

There were Chilli Crab, Black pepper Crab, Cereal Prawn, Hawaiian Pizza, Another Pizza-which-i-didn't-know-what-it's-called, Wu Xiang, Pork Bun, Man Tou, Veggies...

YUMMY!

Chilled AGAIN after dinner and had my Longan Drink.

Watched My cousins played Winning Eleven till my dad decided it was time to go home.

One "HUI JIA LE!" from him and every one just knew we had to get up on our feet.

Such an authoritative voice man.

Now u know why I'm so fierce now? Edmund?
